I left behind everything familiar so my children could stand on ground I prepared for them. That is not sacrifice. That is the greatest investment I will ever make.
My journey to Endeavor Advisors is one I never could have predicted, but one I am deeply grateful for every single day. I was born in Vietnam and came to the United States as an immigrant, carrying little more than a willingness to work hard and a determination to build a better life for my family. America gave me opportunities I could only have dreamed of, and I have spent every year since trying to honor that gift through dedication, service, and showing up fully for the people around me. I built my career in client relations, beginning as an account manager before transitioning into project management. Over the years, I gained experience across multiple industries, including marketing, but I kept returning to the same realization: I am happiest when I am directly helping people have the best experience possible. That truth eventually led me to leave the marketing world behind and join my son at Endeavor Advisors, where I could get back to my roots and build a career I genuinely love. And I have to say, working alongside my son is something that fills me with a pride I don't have words for. Watching him build this firm from the ground up, seeing the values he was raised with reflected in everything Endeavor stands for, is one of the greatest joys of my life. Today, I serve as clients' first point of contact for any questions, concerns, or needs they may have. My favorite part of this role is watching short-term clients become long-term clients. We often meet people during some of their most vulnerable and uncertain moments. But over time, the guidance and care our team provides helps ease their fears and replace their frustrations with confidence. That transformation never gets old. Outside of work, I love cooking, catching up with friends, and exploring everything the Phoenix area has to offer alongside my wife Nguyen and our seven children, who continue to be my greatest adventure of all.
