My journey with Endeavor began with a simple goal: to create a seamless experience for both our clients and our team. I’ve always believed that when the systems behind the scenes run smoothly, it allows people to focus on what really matters—helping others. That belief has guided everything I do, from building efficient internal processes and ensuring compliance, to helping shape the way our brand connects with people. I’ve always been fascinated by how small actions can create a ripple effect. How one improvement, one idea, or one moment of support can make a meaningful difference down the line. Whether it’s fine-tuning our workflows, organizing the details that keep the firm moving, or helping share Endeavor’s story, I find joy in knowing my work helps others do their best work. Outside of Endeavor, I love spending time drawing and illustrating, taking care of our home, and going to any event that features beautiful lights. Lately, I’ve also developed a passion for learning about different cultures and the ways people around the world connect and celebrate life.
